3 Inexpensive Modifications That Will Make Your Tuner Car Look Fast And Furious

Ryan Baker

No matter what kind of car you drive, you can always make it look cooler by personalizing the exterior. The problem is that the most aggressive options such as custom bumpers and pain jobs often cost thousands of dollars. However, there are a few inexpensive ways to transform the look of your ride without breaking the bank.

1. Powder-Coated Wheels

Your wheels can make or break the overall look of your car. Ideally, you could swap out your stock wheels for a set of larger, sportier wheels to give your car an aggressive stance. The problem is that a quality set of aftermarket wheels and tires can cost thousands of dollars. Luckily, there's a budget solution: powder coating.

Powder coating your stock wheels wheel transform the look of your ride for a fraction of the cost of buying a full aftermarket set. If you want a mean, aggressive look, have your wheels coated black. If you want a slightly more subtle modified look, go with gunmetal or dark gray coating. If you really want your ride to look wild, get your wheels powder coated in a bright color like orange or violet.

The best part is that if you ever get tired of the look you can sand it off and get your wheels powder coated in a different color to give your car a new aesthetic.

2. Powder-Coated Exterior Accents

In addition to your wheels, you can also powder coat the exterior accents on your car to give it a stylish, modified look. Some of the most popular and effective components to powder coat are the front grills and manufacturer badges. Have your grills and badges blacked out for a stealthy, aggressive aesthetic. Have them color-matched to your car's paint job for a clean, consistent aesthetic. Chrome powder coating is another popular option that will give your car a classy, luxurious aesthetic.

If you really want to stand out, have the grills and badges powder coated with a bright color that contrasts your car's paint job. Just like with your wheels, you can always get the exterior components powder coated with a different color whenever you get tired of the look.

3. Headlight and Taillight Covers

Another inexpensive way to transform the look of your car is to install covers on the headlights and taillights. There are two options: a stick-on film that will tint your lights, or stick-on covers that will change the shape of your lights.

Essentially, your headlights and taillights are like your car's eyes. Tinting your lights is like you wearing a cool pair of sunglasses while installing an aggressive set of covers is like making a mean expression with your brows. Either way, it will give your car a new personality without breaking the bank.

Learning About Products Made In Industrial and Manufacturing Plants

Hi, my name is Bruce Fuller and do you often wonder how various products are made? So do I and that's why I've written this blog about industrial and manufacturing plants. I've contacted the owners of numerous manufacturing plants and requested a tour of their facilities. Many business owners graciously obliged and I was able to see how their specific products were made. At some of the plants, I wasn't allowed to tour the facility, but a representative of each company described the process to me in great detail. I wanted to share this information that I learned in a blog and I hope that you'll also find it very interesting.
